Rewards & Benefits Package

  • Salaries – At VIP we want to recruit and retain quality individuals and in doing so offer attractive packages that are complemented by a range of benefits detailed below.
  • Holidays – Excluding bank holidays you will receive 25 days holidays per year (pro-rata if you commence employment part way through the holiday year).  The Company also give 2 extra days off over the Christmas period – known as Company Christmas Days.
  • Pension – VIP offers a contributory scheme to all employees and as an employer we will match the employees contribution up to 5%.
  • Employee Discount – VIP offers discounted rates on all its products to employees. Further information is available on commencing employment with the business.
  • Learning Opportunities – In addition to on-the-job coaching and mentoring many of our employees have benefited and developed through external and internal training courses we as a business identify through managing by objectives.
  • Cycle Scheme – Employees with 6 month’s service can take up the option of buying a bicycle through the Cycle to Work Scheme.
