VIP works closely with retail, reseller and system builder customers to understand their individual needs and strategic business focus: then offers a personalised service to fulfill these requirements.

A proactive team of pre-sales, sales and customer service representatives are on hand to recommend products and offer a bespoke service to its partners; many customers also trade online. The VIP website offers more than just ordering functionality, it allows customers to manage their account; use guided customer service and returns processes; conduct advanced searches; and use quick ordering tools.
